Three Eugene-area men who authorities allege started a nearly 5,900-acre Lake County wildfire last summer by shooting at exploding targets have been arrested on felony charges.
Lake County District Attorney Sharon Forster said Friday a grand jury has indicted Elijah Dyer, Gary Bigelow and David Evans. Each faces single felony charges of manufacturing a destructive device and criminal conspiracy, as well as six misdemeanor counts of reckless burning.
From there web site, From 12:00 until 2:15 this morning, the power went out on our 69KV transmission line. Crews hiked into cedar pass and found the problem. Also, in Oregon, we experienced power blinks as well as an outage. At 2:02am, the power went out on transmission line and power was restored to all but Adel at 3:30am. Crews have found the problem and are currently in the process of fixing the outage.
